Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council

The Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) is a non-profit organization that is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It is an initiative promoted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and enjoys inclusive representation from the government, industry, industry associations, and training institutes throughout India. The council is financially supported by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

Established in 1938, Institute of Hospitality, U.K is a professional body for managers and aspiring managers working and studying in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry. Institute of Hospitality have members working in every sector of the industry and in over 100 countries around the world.

Institute of Hospitality has endorsed Indian Culinary Academy’s courses for good practice standards in training and training delivery which are relevant to the needs of the industry and meet a wide range of essential criteria relating to quality standards and quality learning outcomes.

World Association Of Chefs Societies (WACS)

Indian CUlinary Academy has achieved NEW GLOBAL BENCHMARK by becoming recognized and certified member of WACS(World Association Of Chefs Societies. This is the World chefs certification which is the first and only global certification for the food industry, created by World chefs in partnership with City & Guilds, a world leader in skills development and quality assurance. WACS certification helps learners to flourish their culinary skills and in the meantime recognize them as a global chef. Learners also earn an advantage of becoming a member of an International network of renowned Chefs. Students shall be certified as chef de partie and commi chef by WACS and qualify as life time fellow of World Chefs Societies.

TDU University

The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences and Technology (TDU) is a renowned institution sponsored by the FRLHT Trust and established by the Government of Karnataka in 2013. It is dedicated to fostering trans-disciplinary research and education. At TDU, the faculty is structured into specialized groups, each focusing on different focal areas. These groups work collaboratively to develop innovative outreach, research, and education programs.

Vocational education is another significant focus at TDU. The institution recognizes the importance of empowering individuals with practical skills and knowledge relevant to healthcare and related industries.
