In addition to the aforementioned details, please note that an on boarding charge of Rs 1,000 will be applicable. Furthermore, upon completion of the lock-in period, the full security deposit will be refunded, provided there is no damage to the property. However, if students breach the lock-in period, no refund will be issued.
